(I refuse to spend good money having someone park my car for me, but if you're the valet type, the valet staff is omnipresent, attentive, and professional. It's particularly great to be able to leave the car parked, because unfortunately the tiny parking closest to the hotel is always full, meaning that the only non-valet option with space tends to be the 'west parkade' it's not a big deal, but it does entail a hike through the casino to and from the car. (And I can assure you that that shake is something you need in your life.) Additionally, as an out-of-towner who comes here regularly, I appreciate being able to park the car and ride the SkyTrain (which comes right up to the hotel) just a stop or two to the Aberdeen Square, Lansdowne, or Marine Drive areas to enjoy Richmond's shopping and dining. I particularly love the food court because its location inside the casino makes it a kid-free zone, and a welcome retreat from rug rats as I enjoy a chocolate shake spiked with Bailey's or amaretto. Inside the casino there is a food court that's open 24 hours a day, so you're never without food options, even before you take into account the buffet and Tramonto. The staff are every bit as courteous as you'd expect from a premium resort, and the facilities are modern, lavish, and well maintained.
